Does anyone else remember early morning Easter formalwear, from suits to tights, matching family outfits and patent shoes?
Last year I don’t think anyone left the house, us included. Pretty sure I was rocking Mogul sweatpants most of the time. Fast forward one year into the pandemic and things are starting to come back to life!
Your look this weekend can be as dressy or cozy as you want it to be. Whether you are celebrating Easter or just want a spring inspired #OOTD, here are five places to check out with our recommendations for both dressing up or staying casual:
Little Details – Garner, NC
If you are leaving the house, our top pic is this adorable and comfy chenille sweater in pastels. This would work with your favorite skinny jeans, or leggings. It’s easy to add a fun pop of color to your nails, makeup or accessories to personalize it just for you.
If you are staying in, our fave are these fun leopard lounge pants. They also come in shorts, so if you are ready to embrace summer (we are oh so ready!) you can get ahead of the game. Bonus: They are on sale!
How to get it: Ship directly to you or pickup in store.
Edge of Urge – Raleigh, NC
This playful dress featuring Ash and Chess artwork. You can pair with a jean jacket, boots or let the dress speak for itself-it’s that fun. We love dresses so comfy you can wear for days on end.
For more casual (what is casual anyway? You could rock this out too!) this pear puffed sleeve hoodie. We always forget about the yellow hues in our looks but it’s a cheery reminder. It also comes in pecan (orangey).
How to get it: Ship directly to you or pickup in store.
Heart Swoon, Holly Springs, NC
For out of the house: this neon green sweater dress. Who minds getting dressed when they are as comfy as this? Neon green is a chance of pace but you could rock this in spring or even transitioning back to winter with edgy accents. Bonus: it’s on sale!
Two words: satin joggers?! Um, yes please. As far as we’re concerned, these dusty rose pants are a year round must have, casual or out of the house. They also are available in black.
How to get it: Ship to you or buy in store.
KK Bloom, Charlotte, NC
This pippa maxi skirt! The soft tone colors and fabric is so fun and looks so effortless yet stylish.
For more casual yet cheery, we like this lilacy pink sweatshirt and bike short set.
Bonus: If you want to be technical, these say ‘fall’ but we see them as spring, summer and fall and couldn’t pass these by! These dusty rose overalls stood out as something different that you can wear so many different ways. Overalls keep coming and going but I love seeing new ways to wear a trend, and make it your own.
How to get it: Ship to you (free shipping over $50) free local drop off (in Charlotte) or pickup in store.
